BW series mixer machine w type mixer
Main Application:
This machine is suitable for the mixing of dry material particles in pharmaceutical and other industries. It has remarkable effect on the mixing of powder and particles with good fluidity.
Features:
BW series high efficiency mixer is a powder in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, plastics, cosmetics, metallurgy, electronics and other industries. Ideal equipment for mixing granular materials. It has the characteristics of no dead Angle, no material accumulation, fast speed, high efficiency, good uniformity and so on. The machine adopts gravity mixing, so the pressure feed to the material is small, the mixing uniformity is high. And the stainless steel cylinder is made, and the inner and outer walls are polished, so the power consumption is saved and the efficiency is high. The equipment adopts two ways of manual feeding and vacuum suction feeding. The discharge adopts vacuum butterfly valve, which can be dust-free operation.
This equipment draws from similar products at home and abroad for design and manufacture. Mechanical rotation is used to make the material vary in length in two cylinder with different lengths. When the mixing cylinder rotates, the potential energy of material decomposition and combination is different, and the axial layer by layer alternating diffusion mixing is formed. In addition, due to the different planes of the inner wall of the cylinder, the materials also have different potential energy to produce lateral mixing. The above mixing action is repeated continuously to make the material reach a uniform random mixing state.
