WH series conical double screw mixer machine
Overview:
This machine is a new type, high efficiency, high precision mixing equipment, widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, feed and other industries of all kinds of powder material mixing.
Principle and features:
The compound movement of the material produced in the cone by the spiral revolution and rotation mainly produces four forms of movement: 1. The spiral rotates along the wall, making the material move in a circle along the conical wall; 2. The spiral rotation makes the material rise from the bottom of the cone along the spiral; 3. The combined motion of spiral revolution and rotation causes part of the material to be absorbed into the spiral cylinder, and at the same time, part of the material in the spiral cylinder is radially discharged to the cone by the centrifugal force of spiral rotation; 4. The rising material is reduced by its own gravity, and the four movements produce convective shear and diffusion in the mixer, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid and uniform mixing.
Scope of application:
Used in chemical industry, medicine, pesticides, dyes, petroleum, metallurgy, building materials and other powder and powder (solid-liquid), powder and liquid (solid-liquid) mixing, reaction, drying, cooling. The model can be made according to user requirements single spiral, double helix, triple helix. Can be equipped with flying knife, spray makeup, to meet the special process requirements. Discharge valves are available in manual and pneumatic ways. Special materials can increase the efficiency of the motor (plus heavy duty).
